Job Description:

As a Production Manager at Supper Co., you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various client projects. In addition to managing internal project workflows, you will coordinate with third-party vendors, including photographers, videographers, developers, and printers, to ensure external projects align with client goals and agency standards. You will work closely with our creative, strategy, and account management teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. You will also play a critical role in continuously optimizing internal processes and maintaining and enhancing the agency’s project management software to support seamless collaboration and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with agency leadership to continue to build and optimize the agency process.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of advertising campaigns, digital projects, print projects, and video and photography projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Collaborate on development of project hour estimates
  • Coordinate resources, tasks, and deliverables across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Source, vet, and manage relationships with external production partners, including photographers, videographers, developers, and printers.
  • Oversee production logistics, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables for third-party collaborations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Take ownership of project management software maintenance, ensuring the tool is up-to-date and optimized for team workflows.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management software to track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure that all projects meet high-quality standards and align with client expectations.
  • Manage agency software subscriptions.

Our Interview Process

Step 1 - 15-30 minute intro call to review position details, company details and professional experience.

Step 2 - 1 hour interview with department director to talk specifically about previous positions, culture and the daily duties of the position.

Step 3 - 1 hour interview with company owners to review company values, goals for the position and culture fit.

qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in project or production management, preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • Proven experience coordinating with third-party vendors and managing external production processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and forward-thinking mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
